Responsibilities
Each of our sales representatives is responsible for providing our customers with an informative and stress-free experience that encompasses spending time with customers, explaining financing, and following up with prospective customers. More in-depth responsibilities include:
- Spending time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
- Commitment to learning and gaining an in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
- Test driving vehicles.
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with prospective customers and return emails and voicemails.
- Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
- Follow-up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leads.
