We presented a coupon for the oil change, and it ended up costing more than the last oil change. When asked why it was so high, the young lady at the checkout counter simply responded with, “You’ll need to talk to the guys at service.” The plastic sand paper covers are always left in my vehicle.

I had great experience working with the salesman, Walt. I live two hours away and was able to negotiate a deal over the phone. Walt sent pictures and videos and answered all my questions. I was able to order some extra accessories for the truck and have them installed before my arrival with Walt's assistance. Once I arrived at the dealership, the truck was waiting out front with a full tank of gas. Walt explained the ins and outs of the vehicle and ensured all accessories were installed correctly. The paperwork process went smooth and we moved forward with the deal agreed upon. I will be buying all vehicles from Walt and Tarr Chevrolet going forward and have already recommended them to several friends who are in the market.

I had a tire replaced on my Corvette. It was covered under warranty. Todd, the service manager handled it and made the transaction completely painless!

Service was great. The dealership was very friendly and helpful. I had a scheduled oil change and asked for my brake vacuum pump to be checked for possible failure. It was found to be failing and was able to replace it this same day without coming back and telling me that my brake booster and master cylinder also needed replacement. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle which was awesome! Now, the negative which has nothing to do with the dealership. They have to follow BIG GM directions which includes a minimum time to charge for labor. This pump was covered under what I call a "soft recall" for 10 yrs or 150,000 miles. This means that if the owner doesn't report a problem before times was up it's the owners problem. This stinks!! If GM new that there was a possible problem, it should have been a total recall. My truck is under the miles BUT the 10 yrs ran out July 2025. I've never agreed with the year warranty. I know numerous people who's warranties run out per years before the miles run out. Warranties should only go by the miles! I know of one person who has a 2015 Colorado and it only has 25,000 miles. Warranty is gone but the mechanics of the vehicle has basically not broke in yet to find any problems.

I had bring to vehicle back because it wasn’t fix right the first time. Now that I’ve had the truck less than a week it is still not right and pulls to the right! So I started checking my tire pressure and to help the truck not pull to much to the right they put 29 psi in the left tire and 40 psi in the right to mask the issue! I’m bringing the truck back Monday for the third time! There is something other than an alignment wrong! I’m very disappointed with repairs Tarr has did on this truck !

Tarr Chevrolet is where I purchased my truck 10 years ago and has provided service for 10 years. This time, Nate did an awesome job with replacing my transmission. I was dissappointed that transmission failed me with only 146K miles and have had it serviced twice and never abuse or tow anything over 3500 lbs. Fact is that prior to this Chevy I had a RAM for years with no major issues ever but my Chevy now has had transmission, A/C, Wheel hub and painted. Love it though.

The service department is one of the easiest to deal with! Always straightforward and very quick with service! I never feel bombarded with upsells, and when they do recommend something, it feels just like that—a recommendation, not something shoved down your throat. They had my 2025 Trailblazer's steering column trim fixed the same day after getting the part in. Oil changes are priced very reasonably.

Everyone was friendly and professional. They charged me $20 to rotate the tires after I had just received an email that said it was complimentary with the oil change. They charged me $70 for a gas filter that I can and have bought for $17. I will probably find somewhere else to get the service done because the prices are way too high.

Routine maintenance visit, oil change and rotate tires and a safety check. On time, and was out in a reasonable time since they were already busy when my appointment time was due. When I got my vehicle back, oil lifetime setting had not been reset. Returned and they took care of that.

Going to charge me $750 for a hose replacement but got it down at another Chevy Dealership for under $300. And had it in the shop couple months after I bought it and they never did fix the problem it came right back month later

I arrived at 7:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was back on the road by 8:30. The service manager informed me that my truck was due to have the transmission serviced.

Well I got told one thing my husband got told another. I was told center cap for our front 2 tires were ordered and on. Drive 2 hours to get there, there not on and the service guys were gone!! Rick the sales guy tried his best to help me but he didn’t know anything about it he was a very nice guy.

I never should have needed service so soon the air conditioner was malfunctioning on my purchase and was missed on inspection as it was a trade in. But anyway I bought a warranty so I was able to get it fixed at reasonable cost to myself in a timely manner. The service department was excellent.

Service Department staff was very friendly and initially seemed to be concerned and helpful after explaining in full details all the issues/recalls/repairs that I’ve been dealing with regarding my 2024 Chevy Suburban high country since purchasing it brand new in June of 2024 at Boniface Heirs Chevy in Melbourne, FL. Recently relocated to Pigeon Forge, TN this past January. After numerous disappointments, unacceptable service and lack of care and communication with my local Chevy dealership Volunteer Chevrolet I reached out to TARR and brought my suburban on July 23, 2026. Worked with Caleb discussed my concerns regarding transmission recall, the crunching noise on the front right passenger tire when turning the wheel hard left or right (noticed only after service from Volunteer Chevy 6/19/26) as well as replacing the air filter. Caleb kept updated via SMS, confirmed the crunching noise/possible loose suspension but ultimately was informed after 10 days (8/4/26) they were not able to duplicate my concern. I picked up my Suburban and have been encountering the same issues (transmission/high RPM shifting), crunching noise returned and the air filter was never replaced (34%). Again I’m left with letdown, confusion, frustration and inconvenience/stress in my already very busy/chaotic life & schedule as a solo mom of. 2 kiddos and a business owner. I’m at the point that I’ve lost all trust and security with not only the GM industry inadequate manufacturing but also GM/Chevrolet dealerships in FL/TN service departments and leadership roles.

Came in to have oil and oil filter changed and to have tires rotated. Arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment. In and out in less than a hour. Very pleased.

You don't ask a customer if he wants to do a service that you already did this year, by saying its due? Need to do paperwork quicker after service is complete.
