Lube Technician Position
Tarr Chevrolet is looking for a skilled lube technician to serve our customers here in Jefferson City. If you have experience working at a local garage, auto shop chain, or dealership service center, we would love to build on that foundation at our service department. If you’re ready to put your skills to work in a shop that helps you perform at your best, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
At our Jefferson City service center, you’ll be responsible for standard vehicle maintenance duties. These responsibilities can include:
- Applying fluids and lubricants to protect various vehicle components from wear and tear
- Oil, air, cabin, and fuel filter replacements
- Inspecting all vehicle components for leaks
- Checking tire pressure and providing air when necessary
- Tire rotations
Previous lube tech experience is strongly preferred, but we are also willing to provide training for the right applicant. Integrity, commitment, respect, and teamwork matter to us, and the ideal candidate will share these values as well.
