Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
  • Be a liaison between customers and the service department
  • Contact customers based on current marketing incentives and recommended services for their vehicles
  • Meet daily guidelines given in regards to set appointments, shows, and outbound calls
  • Follow up with all service customers to ensure they are happy with their service experience
  • Maintain current knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces, and all service advertising sent out

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service management experience
  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
  • Ability to teach others how and why to perform their job
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Dealership experience preferred
