Responsibilities

As a Chevrolet Service Advisor, you are responsible to help build relationships and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience. More in-depth responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Identifying and assessing our customer’s service needs.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with our customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using proper methods and tools.
  • Meet service team targets.
  • Handle customer appointment requests and provide appropriate service solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts as well as file documents.
  • Follow Tarr’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

  • You must have a pleasant personality, strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and have a valid driver’s license.
